GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. (WKZO-AM) -- Meijer is recalling some of its salads and sandwiches due to a salmonella scare.
The Grand Rapids-based retailer says the recall affects "Markets of Meijer" macaroni, tuna, chicken, egg and potato salads, as well as seashell macaroni products sold between last Wednesday and Monday.
They say those products may contain cooked egg contaminated with the bacteria.
They're urging people to either throw the items out or return them for a full refund. The returns are being accepted at all 228 stores.
