FARGO (KFGO) - Federal charges have been filed against a Colorado woman involved in the Dakota Access Pipeline protests.
Thirty-seven-year-old Red Fawn Fallis is charged with being a felon in possession of a gun or ammunition.
Court documents say Fallis was arrested Oct. 27th after a struggle with law enforcement officers on Highway 1806. Two shots were fired during the struggle, but no one was hurt.
Attempted murder charges filed against Fallis in state court have been dropped.
